Sinye takes a pragmatic approach to high-growth initiatives, business model shifts, M&A, and scaling missions with a focus on driving thoughtful, clear decision making.
Amee Parekh
Amee is a seasoned HR executive with deep expertise scaling people operations in high-growth, global organizations. She most recently served as SVP of Human Resources at Hims & Hers, where she led the full people organization through rapid expansion. Previously, she led HR for UberEats US & Canada and held leadership roles at Expedia Group and IBM. Amee holds a Master’s from Cornell’s ILR School and brings a pragmatic, growth-oriented approach to building resilient teams.

Jen is an executive coach and resilience strategist who works with high-growth companies to strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, and adaptability. She is a certified PR6 Resilience Coach and DiSC expert with 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate pressure, change, and organizational complexity. Jen equips leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately to maximize performance under pressure, translate intention into action, and lead effectively in environments defined by uncertainty and rapid growth.

Amy is a People Ops leader turned fractional CHRO and project-based consultant. After 12 years in senior HR roles, she founded HR Insight Consulting and LeaveAssist to support growing companies with practical, scalable People Operations. She specializes in employer branding, workforce planning, and culture development, drawing on hands-on experience with teams from early stage to 500 employees. Elliot Epstein is the Founder of Luminary People Advisors, where he advises CEOs and senior leaders and builds scalable people systems, confident managers, and high-trust cultures. He has led People and Talent work across mission-driven organizations including Teach For America, Success Academy, Galileo Health, and Redesign Health.
