Sinye is an operations leader and startup advisor with hands-on experience building technology companies. Sinye has led finance and operations teams at Series A -F and publicly traded technology companies. She has a track record of excellence working with established C-suite executives and first-time founders, building new leadership teams, and working with investors. Sinye takes a pragmatic approach to high-growth initiatives, business model shifts, M&A, and scaling missions with a focus on driving thoughtful, clear decision making.

Amee Parekh

Amee is a seasoned HR executive with deep expertise scaling people operations in high-growth, global organizations. She most recently served as SVP of Human Resources at Hims & Hers, where she led the full people organization through rapid expansion. Previously, she led HR for UberEats US & Canada and held leadership roles at Expedia Group and IBM. Amee holds a Master’s from Cornell’s ILR School and brings a pragmatic, growth-oriented approach to building resilient teams.

Jen is an executive coach and resilience strategist who works with high-growth companies to strengthen leadership, team effectiveness, and adaptability. She is a certified PR6 Resilience Coach and DiSC expert with 25 years of experience helping organizations navigate pressure, change, and organizational complexity. Jen equips leaders with practical tools they can apply immediately to maximize performance under pressure, translate intention into action, and lead effectively in environments defined by uncertainty and rapid growth.

Jena Booher, Ph.D.

Jena is a business psychologist and startup advisor who helps executives build high-performing, psychologically healthy cultures. Drawing on her Ph.D. in Psychology, a decade on Wall Street, and research on courage, she guides high-growth companies through critical inflection points. Jena blends behavioral science with business strategy to strengthen leadership alignment, improve engagement, and reduce turnover, resulting in resilient organizations built for sustainable success.

Elliot Epstein

Elliot Epstein is the Founder of Luminary People Advisors, where he advises CEOs and senior leaders and builds scalable people systems, confident managers, and high-trust cultures. He has led People and Talent work across mission-driven organizations including Teach For America, Success Academy, Galileo Health, and Redesign Schools. A graduate of Brown University, Elliot brings a warm, practical, and collaborative approach to his work. He lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan with his husband and two young daughters.
